1. Age of majority

You must be at least the age of majority in your province to use this website or buy from it — 19 in Ontario and most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that requirement. Government-issued photo identification is required on delivery, and we will not release an order without it.

Buying vaping products on behalf of anyone under the age of majority is an offence. We refuse and cancel orders where we have reason to believe this is happening.

2. Health warning

Vaping products contain nicotine, which is highly addictive. These products are intended for adult smokers and vapers only. They are not intended for non-smokers, people who are pregnant or nursing, children, or people with or at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or asthma, or who are sensitive to propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin or nicotine. Statements about these products have not been evaluated by Health Canada.

3. Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, and until then we may decline or cancel any order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Federal excise duty is included in the price shown on e-liquid. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept credit cards, processed by Elavon, and Interac e-Transfer. We never see or store your full card number. An order paid by e-Transfer is held and not shipped until the transfer is received.

6. Product information

We work to keep descriptions, images, flavour notes and stock levels accurate, but we do not warrant that they are free of error. Manufacturers change packaging and formulations without notice. Where a product differs materially from its description, the returns policy applies.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these terms.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to break the law, scrape it at volume, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access parts of it you are not authorised to reach.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under provincial consumer protection legislation.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
